Leading a Small School Is Different
And your professional development should be, too.
Whether you’re a Head of School, part of an administrative leadership team, or serving on a Board, leading a small school comes with a unique set of challenges and opportunities.
You’re closer to the work, closer to your community, and often wearing multiple hats at once. What works for large schools doesn’t always translate—and generic leadership conferences don’t always meet the moment.
The Small School Leaders Leadership Summit, taking place on May 7, 2026, was created specifically for leaders navigating the realities of small schools.
This free, one-day virtual summit brings together experienced school leaders and industry experts to share practical insights, real-world strategies, and perspectives you can use right away.
