Are You Living Out Your School's Core Values?

📝 Right now, I'd advise you to grab a pen and paper and write up your school's core values 🏫 Examples of this would be: integrity, respect, knowing every child, community, curiosity, responsibility - everyone has different core values and they're all defined differently.

🙌 At Easy School Marketing we've been experimenting with a brand new model! When we go in and meet with schools, do strategy sessions, present in Faculty In-Service, etc. it's helpful to practice this exercise which I like to call: Are You Living Your School's Core Values? 🤔💭

This model engages staff and faculty through games and exercises that tie into understanding the school's core values 💪 It generates enthusiasm and engagement, which sets the tone for the upcoming year, builds community, and excites others about what you are doing in marketing and development! 🤗📊
