This One Thing is Damaging Your Brand Awareness 😮

Hi there! 

We're in Spring 2021 and we're seeing record numbers from enrollment and more interest from prospective families in small and independent schools. 

While this is an incredible opportunity for growth and engagement, this also means that we need to put in twice the amount of effort than usual to keep up with communications to new parents and prospective families. 

So ask yourself, are your communications and relationship building with families falling off your plate with all of your other work in admissions right now? 

If so, this is extremely damaging to brand awareness, as well as attrition! Especially so if you didn't have room for families—the brand awareness you've created just from those interactions is potentially harmful to you later on. 

So if this means outsourcing communications, bringing in more people to work on that, or setting other things aside to work on relationship building, that is what is necessary right now.
