The Compound Effect: Making it Work for You & Your School

Sep 18, 2020

Hey there,

I love books. In fact, I’m a bit obsessed.

My office is quite bare except for a pile (okay, maybe multiple piles!) of beloved books.

I read every day for 10-15 minutes in the morning and at night. Even though this doesn’t seem like much, it adds up.

That’s how I’ve been able - as a working mom with two young children - to read a ridiculous amount of business, leadership, marketing, productivity, teamwork, and parenting books every year.

My tiny book reading habit is an example of the compound effect. It’s something that over time adds up and makes a difference.

Check out this video about The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy to learn more about how this can change your life for better or worse (depending on what you’re compounding, lol!).

I even give an example of how you can use the compound effect for retention :-) Watch the video for more!

Cheering you on!
