Female Leadership in Schools (featuring a special guest!)

Hey there! 

Today I am here with my daughter to take a moment to show my appreciation for all the women leaders and administrators in small schools who I have seen do incredible work, especially during this difficult time! 

You are such a joy to work with! 

You have inspired me to discuss some of my favorite biographies and stories about female leadership, like The Girl Who Rode a Shark, and Goodnight Stories for Rebel Girls.

Stories like these have not only been educational for my daughter, they have really been eye-opening for me as well, as a lot of discussion of strong women was left out of my education.

It is so important that we talk about and honor the many incredible, trailblazing women in history, as well as the many women leaders in our independent schools who are continuing to rise above and do amazing things.
