How To Keep New Families at Your School

Currently, an important conversation that is. happening on both an administrative and board level is how schools are allocating the funds to best support new and returning students. 

One key way that your school can do this is by making sure that your administration, teachers, and students are well-supported.

For your admin staff, that means having someone appointed for retention. Support your teachers by assessing where students may need extra help or socializing after the COVID year and figuring out if additional programs are necessary in order to create that amazing experience for both new & returning families.
