Beware of the Silent Ones

Today I want to talk about why you need to beware of the "silent ones." 

Have you ever been so dissatisfied with a product that instead of leaving feedback on why you had a negative experience or how they could have done better, you just stopped using the product or service?

In schools, there are going to be both the parents who constantly are giving feedback, and there will be the "silent ones"—the parents who simply stop going to your school or do not re-enroll without saying anything. 

This is why frequently asking for feedback is extremely important. 

Whether it is phone calls, surveys, or both, you need to understand what your families are thinking and feeling, especially in these difficult times.
