3 Strategies for Success in 2021

Hey there, 

As we are in December heading into January, I have 3 strategies to set you up for success in 2021. I know these will help you get into the new year, but really, these are going to be applicable anytime! 

Here we go...

1. Be clear about who you are serving, and what your niche is! (with some schools having additional interest from public school families, this is super critical!)

2. Be prepared for all possible outcomes—best-case scenario, worst-case scenario, and everything in between!

3. Have a retention plan. For instance, seeding and incentivizing for the next level.
