With 15 years experience working with Independent schools and two decades in the Marketing, Development and Communication arena, Aubrey Bursch, founder of ESM, knows a thing or two about business and schools. 

As a mom of two Independent School children, she's experienced both sides of school marketing and offers a unique perspective. 

Aubrey's creative ideas and passion for business allow her to present innovative solutions that produce results for her clients.
